Caractéristiques du poste

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Tier One HR Organization, Performance and Transformation within Group Human Resources, who is a member of the global HR Executive Team (and who in his turn is directly reporting to the EVP Group Human Resources, member of the Executive committee).
The project assistant will provide support on a variety of tasks in the area of HR, with specific focus on Digitization, Data Analytics and Reporting.
You will have the opportunity to get an overview of the strategy of the Group and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed directly to the leadership of HR.

Atos HR has been in a full transformation process towards a globalized and “verticalized” HR organization, consolidating and integrating activities at different levels.
In the frame work of the HR Vision 2020, this process will be continued, and opportunities will be sought for more outsourcing and offshoring of activities. More emphasis and focus will be given to HR Automation, Data Management and Analytics, Global Strategic Programs and Communications, Transformation of HR Operations, and further Performance Improvement and Monitoring.

Your views and perspectives (‘fresh eyes”) and contributions in especially this area will be highly appreciated, and you will have the opportunity to work closely together with professionals and specialists in the HR organization, in a very international setting.
The internship will give you the opportunity to discover the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of an HR function in an international company, leader in digital services. And to understand, and contribute to overcoming some of the challenges a global company like Atos is facing within the area of HR, HR strategy & policies, and HR Data & Data Analytics.

Within your mission, you will participate in and assist to a number of activities, and participate in the elaboration of deliverables. You will offer support on key projects, and acts as a “barometer” providing a report and giving your feedback as Digital Native, on a -to be more closely specified- number of those key projects.

He/she must have an interest in working in an international environment, and have good English language skills (French and German language skills would be appreciated), He/she should have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
