The Architecture Graduate Development Program is designed in phases and is a mixture of formats.

·  In Phase One, we focus on cloud fundamentals enabling you to find your way within our organization.
·  In Phase Two, you will do a deep dive into Microservices, Data & API driven development, Design Thinking and start working with our amazing customers. We will empower you to attain core cloud technology certifications and get you working directly with our enterprise customers.
·  In Phase Three, you will select one or more specializations, such as Private Cloud, Public Cloud and

Job Roles after completion –

Lead Software Engineer
Responsible for designing, building, testing and maintaining complex modern software applications.     Proficient in multiple languages and supplemented with a firm grasp of IaC and CICD pipelines. Proven hands-on experience with cloud native methodologies including micro services and twelve factors. Architects ambitious application solutions delivered on hybrid public cloud platforms within customer business context and digital strategies. Encouraging the application of cloud technologies to help customers accelerate their digital transformation. Close collaboration with sales and account team through all phases of customer engagement, including the bid stage.

 

Business Analyst/ Product Owner
An exhilarating evolution of the traditional consulting role. Interacts with the customer to understand the digital business challenges. Analyzes business processes, visualize data, articulate business requirements and translate these into engineering requirements. Prioritizes and communicates user needs, making recommendations for process or product feature changes. Enhances Atos operational workflows through process improvements and maximization of automation opportunities.

 

Cloud Solution Specialist
An authority in cloud technologies empowering customers to accelerate their digital transformation. Multiple disciplines of technical expertise enhanced with a firm grasp of IaC and CICD pipelines. Architects ambitious infrastructure solutions delivered on hybrid public cloud platforms within business context and digital strategies. Leads the infrastructure solution implementation for large and complex deals. Close collaboration with sales and account team through all phases of customer engagement, including the bid stage.
