Position Overview
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant you will participate in a combination of business development and

billable projects focused on comprehensive and innovative IAM solutions. The majority of your time will be focused on

business development and consulting/advisory activities with a portion of your time assigned to leading IAM implementation

projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of identity and access management solutions, many of which will be integrated

as part of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions
- Advise project teams, operations teams, and customers on best practices regarding identity and access management
- Cross train on other identity and access management products and technologies in the portfolio
- Lead proposals and RFP responses related to identity and access management
- Support business development activities such as presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
- Coordinate with other cybersecurity architects and subject matter experts as well as technology partner technical experts

to design and deliver innovative solutions and create business opportunities
- Be a thought leader and contribute to the creation of new and innovative service offerings to drive business

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 10 years experience in Information Technology Consulting
- At least5 years in Identity and Access Management consulting and project delivery
- At least3 years architecting and leading complex identity and access management implementations
- Experience delivering IAM solutions to various use cases such as user provisioning, access governance, and identity

federation

- Experience with User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) platforms
- Experience preparing detailed solution designs and presenting the solution in business terms to a C-level audience
- Experience developing identity and access management strategies, architectures , and implementation plans
- Hands on experience with at least one IAM product set
- Familiarity with multiple IAM product sets is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to an average of 50%
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done when necessary
- Enthusiasm to learn new and emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies
- Be a self starter capable of working independantly and as part of a team
- Be a valuable and contributing team member, taking guidance from others and executing on specific significant task
- Demonstrate strong skills in analyzing customer business processes and technical environments
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering projects within time and in budget and to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Experience in facilitating workshops and developing and conducting presentations and training for both business

executives and technical audiences.
- Proven command of spoken and written English (ability to write a publication quality level to recommend to clients)
- Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, QSA or CISM are a plus
