Job Description

The main objective is to setup a Career Framework & deals with the deployment support in order to support the Business and the HR organizations in defining the Career Framework at a Global level (40 000 people) and in consolidating the implementation with the Country (55) :

Missions :

-Define and set up the Career Framework content and tool

-Build the Implementation plan for all the Countries

-Find interim solutions for implementation during the tooling development phase

-Follow and track the implementation (Clear view on who does what in the organisation in regard to the career framework)

-Align with HR Workforce and Learning &Development on the reporting to track progress (Skills completion, People trainings, Certification ..)

-Participate to define the BAU process once the setup is achieved

Competences :

-Willing to contribute to People related topics with concrete application to the Business

-Rigorous, Analytical skills

-Capability to bring overviews in process design

-Transparent and reactive when difficulties

- Being force of proposal, finding ways to answer to complex issues

- English: High level
