Your role

As a Digital Organization Game Changer you are the guide for our clients in their digital transformation at both strategic and operational level. You will increase the impact and visibility to make a Digital Transformation truly happen. For example: create a company-wide campaign for a blue-chip energy sector client that enables its people to adopt emerging business technologies or lead the change for the CTO of a leading airline and use a mixed media strategy to communicate the vision and journey. You are responsible for designing and delivering an end-to-end change management strategy including deliverables such as stakeholder management, communication and training. Analytics are used to monitor and improve the success of your approach. 

 

What you bring:

·  A completed Master’s degree
·  2-6 years relevant working experience, preferably in an international business context (A Commercial Mindset, Experience in Project management, change management, Customer Experience)
·  Demonstrable Business Consultancy Skills (Excellent communication and facilitation skills, Familiar with working in Agile environments such as DevOps, SAFe, scrum etc.)
·  Willing to go the extra mile and surprise the client with innovative and creative solutions
·  The chance to be internationally mobile and willing to work at various client locations
·  Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English
·  Training and certifications in digital technologies are highly desirable;

 

Your experience:

·  Experience with (large) Digital Transformational Programs on both strategical and operational level (to become more data driven, agile, implementation of a new IT system)
·  Proven Change Management Skills (stakeholder analysis, developing & execution of substantiated change approach)
·  Excellent social skills and ability to work with all levels in organizations in both Business and IT independent from cultures. Natural organization sensitivity and understanding of organizational politics.
