· Mission - Analyse and identify potential of the market to sell the existing products and define which segments/verticals are most relevant for Campaign Management and Sales - Is to develop best practice strategies and insights of channel management, prices, market survey execution, sales pitches,.. to assure Sales ready messaging to boost revenues Main responsibilities As Demand Generation GTM Manager, you will: - Report to the Head of Go-To-Market BeLux and be part of the Marketing team - Be one of the driving forces to realize the digital sales & marketing objectives - Sales driven marketer and having lots of fire and willingness to move mountains to find leads - Developing and managing marketing strategies and related campaigns to increase the number and quality of leads in the sales funnel; - Creating and driving lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies to convert existing prospects to sales qualified leads; - Defining the entire sales cycle (lead to close) and document all key processes and associated metrics; - Driving lead acquisition campaigns; - Measuring and analyzing marketing programs outcomes; driving insights and presenting results to facilitate sound decision-making; - Managing the lead assignation process through the whole customer journey using CRM and marketing automation systems; Profile - > 3 years of relevant experience in digital demand generation - “Can do” approach - Master's degree in business or marketing - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Fluency in English, French and Dutch is absolutely required - Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player - Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - Capable of driving cross-departmental projects - Being inbound marketing certified is a plus - Having experience with marketing automation tools like Actito, SaleForce and others is an asset - Be familiar with digital marketing techniques like inbound marketing, SEA, SEO, e-mail marketing is highly appreciated
