Depot technician
Location:
Malvern, PA
Core Responsibilities:
FULL-TIME ON-SITE IT TECHNICAL ANALYST
· Image PCs for the following categories
· Break-fix
· New requests
· New Hires
· Reclaim old hardware
· Receive, unbox and palletize returned hardware (i.e. laptops, desktops, tablets)
· Track all returned assets into databases and spreadsheets
· Process returned hardware ware
· Remove old hard drives
· Bag, label and store old hard drives
· Track all activity
· Run backup of data on returned PCs using the approved backup utility
· Run a wipe procedure on retuned drive, once data has been back up.
· Sort through used equipment
· Send broken, or off lease, equipment to e-recycle
· Clean up used working hardware that is still on lease to be re-used by end users
· Follow all standard procedures and process laid out by Atos and Healthineers
· Updating database with build information
· Contacting users
· Transferring data, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· Must be onsite
· 2-3 years IT Support experience
· Familiar with internal; Atos toolset
· Familiar with SNOW ticketing system
· Experience troubleshooting PC issues
