After the initial training period, you will work with the BDS Cyber Security team and participate in tasks and projects, aiming at securing system boundaries and sensitive data. We offer 24/7 services to our customers in a global environment.
Provide support for HSM related incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customer. Escalate issues to higher levels when required.
Create and keep track of incidents reported by our customer via any means.
Prevent incidents and problems by keeping systems hardened and by utilizing existing processes and technologies in place.
Troubleshoot issues, communicate with colleagues and notify customers to document the progress.
Follow up detected security incidents and drive closure of such.
Record, track, and document pertinent information.
Support the automation and streamlining of operations and processes.
Basic knowledge of security principles and techniques surrounding access control, encryption and certificates.
Previous exposure to HSM environments is a great plus.
Theoretical knowledge of network basics and some experience in troubleshooting ordinary connectivity problems.
Excellent phone manners with availability to work in shifts. Strong team working skills are also mandatory - German is a plus.
Good working knowledge in English with an interest in getting to the point quickly.
Strong customer service orientation with distinct organizational skills.
