Responsible for:

• Responsible to maintain Service Asset and Configuration Management Data , provide support and views to other processes and perform hierarchical escalation if SLAs are not met.

• Responsible for modifying and applying changes on Configuration Structures and Asset records (initial upload and applying sub-consequent changes) as requested by authorized invoking processes/requesters. Those modifications include the description and maintenance of relations based on Configuration Models.

• Applies changes to other in-scope data e.g. on Business Services CIs Responsible for providing reports/views on the Service Asset and Configuration Management data (Configuration Structures and Asset records in particular).

• Follows SACM data administration Policies and SACM Operational Procedures during process execution (SACM 3: Configuration and Asset Control, and SACM 5: Reporting).

• Provides reports as needed for SACM stakeholders or any other authorized process/requester such as: Unauthorized CIs detected, list of CIs and their relationships , Variations from CMDB/CMS/CMDB to discovery tools data … etc.

• In order to improve process efficiency and the level of standardization, interfaces with Regional GBU SACM Process Owner and CI Type Managers to enrich the offer of SACM Standard Reports.

• Assist the Configuration Management to ensure that configuration items are correctly logged in the CMS.
