Job Description:

· Should have Application Development and Application Maintenance background.
· Able to design and develop solutions based on requirements from customer.
· Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Understanding of SLAs and experience in Handling Incident and Service Requests tickets within SLA timelines
· Good communication skills (English Speaking/Writing).
· Proactive in solving issues and informing Customer and Cluster Leads about any potential issues foreseen.
· Good application development skills with understanding of SDLC cycle.
· Should be able to come up with Service Improvements for the application he/she is supporting.
· Good requirement management, testing and debugging skills.
· Is able to work independently and able to take responsibility of the application support.
· Should be able to guide a team of 3-4 team members.
