Contexte : 

 

Le recrutement est l’un des principaux enjeux du Groupe Worldline.

Dans le secteur très compétitif qu’est l’IT, vous découvrirez les enjeux autour du métier de chargé-e de recrutement chez Worldline

 

Missions :

 

En étroite collaboration avec le Campus Partner Worldline France, vous aurez pour missions :

 

- La gestion en toute autonomie de la campagne de stage (environ 150 profils) et de la campagne d’alternance (110 profils) sur Seclin et Rennes (sourcing, recrutement, validation, signature de la convention)

- Validation des demandes de recrutement dans l’outil recrutement

- Publication des offres sur notre site carrière et sur les Jobboard externes

- La participation aux différents forums recrutement (YNCREA, IMT Lille Douai, UTC, Polytech Lille,…), présentations d’entreprise, évènements sur site…

- Prendre le Back Up de vos homologues sur Lyon ou Région Centre en cas d’absence

- Reporting auprès du Campus Partner

 

Vous interviendrez aussi sur des sujets transverses : Communication RH (via Jobteaser, LinkedIn), participation au Campus Program,… Toutes les idées seront les bienvenues !

 

Profil

 

Formation Universitaire / Ecole de commerce, BAC+5

Alternance sur un ou deux ans

Vous êtes une personne dynamique, rigoureuse, force de proposition, réactive. Vous maîtriser Excel et PowerPoint.

L’entreprise étant une entreprise internationale, l’anglais serait un plus.

 

Le permis B est obligatoire (déplacements assez réguliers en forum etc..)
