Job Description

Atos IDM (Infrastructure and Data Management) key priorities are to deliver high quality services satisfying the needs of the customers.

In order to continuously improve the quality and customer satisfaction key priorities within MS are to reduce severity 1 incidents significantly, improve customer satisfaction measured from surveys and by ensuring a consistent use of key ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity Management) meeting (or even succeeding) the service levels defined in SLAs.

Where the service delivery execution is done within IDM-Global Delivery (GD) or IDM-Global Business Unit (GBU) the governance of the delivery is done within IDM Service Management Center (SMC).

Location: Timisoara, Brasov, Bucuresti, Iasi or possibility of working from home after probation period.

ITIL Change Manager with French

Process Specific

· Responsible for establishment and consistent application of the Change Management process through the correct integration of the tools, resources, platforms, applications and databases
· Execution of specific escalation activities in the Change process and providing regular feedback to the global process owner and line management.
· Works with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure coordination and communication with the customer about changes
· If required, assists the Change Approver in assessing urgent changes or deciding on the approval, delay or rejection of changes
· Chairs Change Advisory Board meetings, which reviews and approves changes
· Organize awareness/training sessions for Technical teams/engineers
· Works with the GD Tower Managers (Business Unit Managers) to ensure appropriate tower attendance of CAB
· Ensures the implementation of Atos policies and standards
· Ensure Change Management integration with the other ITIL processes
· Focuses on business requirements and business risk management and compliancy
· Analyse change records to determine any trends or apparent problems that occur, produce regular management reports, ensure KPIs are tracked and met
· Implements standards and improves Change Management process execution efficiency
· Maintains and improves process effectiveness (quality), process efficiency (cost), process performance (throughput) and process vulnerability (security).
· Responsible for the integrity of the Forward Schedule of Change and may initiate RFCs
· Initiates follow-up actions to correct any problems or inefficiencies arising during execution of the Change Management Process and highlights any issues or ideas of improvement to the Change Management Regional Process Owner

· Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in liaising with employees at all levels and across multiple business and technology units - good negotiation and influencing skills

Experience/Knowledge Essential

· Minimum of 3 years experience within IT Service Management
· Minimum 2 years ITIL Operational experience in the Change Management process;
· Proven practical understanding of Change life cycle and Change Management process and methodologies
· Understanding of the ITIL best practices;
· Competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
· English language - professional working proficiency
· French language - professional working proficiency

Experience/Knowledge Desirable

· Relevant industry knowledge and technical Skills;
· ITIL Foundation and/or ITIL Intermediate certifications would be an advantage.
