Jr. Research & Knowledge Manager

Role Description

Role Overview:

· Provides Basic research and KM support to the DI team and work within the basic team structure

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Have basic understanding of research methodologies with basic knowledge of market/business research in IT (Industry research, competitor intelligence)
· Experience in managing basic knowledge management and able to file content in a logical searchable manner to ensure reusability.
· Take ownership responsibility of assigned tasks
· Have experience in maintaining MS SharePoint along with all its nuances like library vis-à-vis folder structure, managing admin rights, setting up alerts etc.
· Ability to design and circulate periodical with research content for the same.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional

· 3-4 Years of Relevant Experience;
· Post graduate degree
· Proficiency in Sharepoint;
· Basic understanding of Research
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Strong attention to details;
· Team player with a positive attitude
