Le Responsable d’Applications a pour fonction principale d’assurer la fourniture quotidienne des services dans le respect des contraintes définies avec le client.
Son champ d’intervention est l’ensemble des applications dont il a la charge.

A ce titre, il est l’interlocuteur incontournable de toute activité de son domaine, étant en contact permanent avec les autres intervenants du domaine : les chargés de clientèle, les différentes équipes projets, les intégrateurs et autres experts techniques.
Il bénéficie d’une large autonomie dans son travail, ce qui ne l’empêche pas d’informer régulièrement sa hiérarchie surtout en cas d’incidents significatifs, de conflits de priorité dans son plan de charge ou de toute autre difficulté.

Il est en permanence redevable de la qualité de service de son domaine.
•Assurer un haut niveau de qualité de service au quotidien
•Assurer le suivi et le support du client
•Gérer les incidents et changements en relation avec les équipes métiers
•Incarner l’expertise fonctionnelle et technique dans son domaine
•Participer à l’évolution de nos offres et services
•Fournir les outils nécessaires au suivi du service
