Mission

The global “Merchant Services – Operate the Service” team is providing high-quality technical assistance for the real-time payment authorization applications.

Our main objective is to guarantee availability, robustness and efficiency of the applications in production environment. A second important aspect is involvement in new product development where we help to define operational requirements; this ensures proper support can be provided when new services are delivered to customers.

Your main responsibilities are:

· Incident Management mainly ecommerce activities.
· Support different stake holders, Merchants, Partners and sales teams within or outside the organization.
· You act as an interface between different stake holders in cross regional business units and you are in direct contact with the merchants, acquirers and the banks.

Profile

You gained your first work experience, are technically skilled and want to develop yourself further in this context. You are a motivated team player who can independently find your way in an organization. You are a problem solver and can work under pressure. You know how web technologies and applications work. You have a notion of how the payment modules are integrated on the webshops and payment service providers. Knowledge of banking and acquiring is considered as a big advantage. You can read, interpret and simplify big raw-data sets into meaningful easy to understand information. You are flexible and willing to participate in rotating standby outside the business hours.

· Bash Shell
· Web technologies
· RestFull web API
· Data manipulation and visualization techniques.
· Change management
· Advanced knowledge of Excel
· Languages :
· English
· Dutch and/or French
