Posição para atuar em contrato de sustentação de aplicações.

 

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

 

·  Conhecimento em Lógica de programação e linguagem de programação COBOL Mainframe;
·  Conhecimentos de banco de dados DB2 SQL;
·  Metodologia ITIL (Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem).
·  Desejável conhecimento em JCL, IMS.
·  Diferencial será conhecimento de Telon, FTP, utilização da ferramenta HP Service Center;

 

Principais atividades a serem realizadas:

               

·  Atendimento de tickets (Incident e Service Request) para sustentação das aplicações do cliente;
·  Análise de causa raiz de incidentes recorrentes ou de alto impacto para o negócio (Problem).
·  Elaboração de propostas de pequenas melhorias;
·  Análise, Desenvolvimento e implementação de pequenas melhorias;
·  Atuação em projetos de grandes melhorias ou desenvolvimento de novas soluções.
