Experience:

· 7-10 years of experience in Software Testing (manual/ automated)
· Have been able to lead and drive test delivery through a team size of 5-10 members
· Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant testing experience in SAP Manual and Automation Testing;
· Design and development of test automation framework/strategy especially for SAP
· Test automation implementation with at least 3-5 years of the SAP automation test tools such as SAP CBTA as main and UFT/SAP TAO/TOSCA as additional
· Carry out PoC using identified/new tool
· Success track record on SAP Automation testing
· Experienced with SAP modules such as SD/MM/FICO
· Has worked as Subject Matter Expert and involved in identifying the impact/effort estimation and testing to be performed based on the requirements and design documentation

Mandatory skills:

· Strong hands on experience in test automation for SAP using CBTA and UFT and also SAP TAO/Worksoft Certify/TOSCA tool
· Experience in test management using SAP Solution Manager and also Micro Focus ALM
· Experience in running and analyzing test results and sharing the test reports to customer
· Experience in debugging and fixing scripts
· Hands on experience on test processes and able to identify and drive QA enhancements based on various test matrices derived
· Experience in SAP Manual testing in any of the module(SD/MM/FICO/HR)
· Able to work with co-located project team

Good to Have/ Optional Skills:

· Functional knowledge on E2E business processes in SAP
· Experience / knowledge on installation and configuring SAP CBTA on Solution Manager
· Integrating Test Automation tools UFT/Worksoft Certify/CBTA to SolMan
· Experience in administrating in SAP Solution Manager

Job profile/ Responsibilities:

· Candidate has to fill a role of Test Lead in a challenging project with focus on Test Automation for E2E Business Processes in SAP
· Identify impact assessment of QA delivery under consideration and getting stakeholder approval
· Drive team on day to day operational activities to meet project delivery goal
· Design test strategy for implementing test automation solution
· Design/Implement test automation framework for SAP using SAP CBTA/UFT/Worksoft Certify tool
· Development and execution of test automation scripts using SAP CBTA/UFT/SAP TAO tool
· Test management in SAP Solution Manager
· Assist team members technically/ functionality to produce qualitative test deliverables
· Progress reporting to all stakeholders at agreed interval
· Coordinating/ communicating with various stakeholders for achieving day 2 day testing related activities
· Identifying and driving QA process enhancements
· Constantly updating knowledge of SAP CBTA/UFT//Worksoft Certify and related technologies
