Your role will be:

· To provide 3rd line technical support queries efficiently and professionally
· Act as single point of contact for phone calls and mails from clients regarding IT issues and queries
· Maintaining a high degree of customer service
· Take ownership of user problems and follow up the their status
· Troubleshooting of IT related problems
· Providing desktop and server support
· Prioritizing and managing incidents simultaneously

We are looking for you if you have:

· Proven 2nd/3rd line support experience
· Strong, SQL knowledge
· High level of IT technical knowledge
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Basic knowledge of script languages
· Fluent English
· VB.NET knowledge is a plus
