One of our client, a French international leading company specialized in the Oil & Gas Field, is currently looking for a:

- MECHANICAL COMPLETION ENGINEER H/F -

* Onshore Completion Leader will be responsible to manage the onshore completion activities.
* He will interface with TLM VENDOR for the TLM pre-commissioning execution. He will also interface with COMPANY ICAPS team available at TLM construction premises for the proper use of ICAPS between all actors.
* He will interface with Pre-Fabrication Site for pre-commissioning execution of pre-fabricated items and of MPP module integration. He will also interface with COMPANY ICAPS team available at Pre-Fabrication Site for the proper use of ICAPS between all actors.
* He will validate the completion activities are performed as per General Specifications. He will make sure that ICAPS checks and tests sheets are properly signed off by concerned parties. He will act for CONTRACTOR as the focus point for punch list.
* He will make sure that Pre-commissioning Dossiers are properly compiled and stored at TLM VENDOR and at Pre-Fabrication Site. He will sign and make sign the RFC certificates or Site RFC certificates when this status is reached.
* He will confirm that progress from ICAPS is corresponding to actual physical progress and raise any discrepancy to Onshore Management and/or COMPANY.
* He will arrange the attendance of CONTRACTOR specialists and CONTRACTOR’s VENDOR for the functional testing phase at TLM premises.
* He will report to CONTRACTOR Onshore management team and will interface with Offshore Pre-commissioning leader for any bridging activity (like dossier transfer, remaining punch items for example…).

Profil recherché

* ELEC background preferably (but Instrum possible depending on experience
* Good Seniority (5-10 years) to fully understand the mechanical completion constraints (& PrepCom) vs. the following phases of the project (and subsequent integration tests)
* Experience in Construction
* OPERCOM / TOTAL Project requested

Location : IDF / mission to Angola.
Mobilization date : Asap.
Duration : 10 Months
