Votre profil
- You hold a Master's Degree (Business School or similar) with Finance or Controlling Major.
- You have experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Controlling.
- A multicultural working or academic experience in the US would be an asset.
- You are completely fluent in English.
- An experience of ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tool (Business Warehouse) would be a plus.
- You have a strong Ability in Excel.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to interact with all business functions and levels of management.

• Strong business orientation and analytical aptitude.

Vos principales missions
Complex business environment:
o 3 Regions with 3 regional controllers
o 6 manufacturing plants. Each plant has different manufacturing and reporting processes.
o Accounting and financial practices vary widely worldwide
o Heavy use of systems (SAP, CORE/Analytics, WWBR, etc.) required on a daily basis.
o Time management: In supporting the BU, assistance is often requested on several projects simultaneously. Assignments must be prioritized to manage deadlines. Reporting deadlines set by DCCG in Paris must be respected despite time and cultural differences.
o Sensitive data accessed in course of the job function needs to be handled appropriately with discretion.
o Accounting system is complex, with many custom processes. Financial models are large and complicated.
JOB DIMENSIONS
The primary environment will be to strengthen support to our business partners by providing financial analysis, process improvement and cost controls.
Accountabilities
Ensure global monthly operating results are accurated and communicated in a timely manner to business management.
Ensure that global monthly forecasts accurately reflect business expectations.
Assist regional controllers to formalize regional monthly closing procedures.
Make improvements to reporting, forecasting, planning and budget processes and models.
Assist business and project teams with financial analysis as needed.
ACTIVITIES
Your main accountabilities:
- Coordinate and optimize the process for collecting and presenting key financial and business indicators for monthly reporting and analysis, including the monthly preparation of forecast. The BU indicators include (but are not limited to):
- P&L: Volumes, Sales, Variable costs, Production variances, Margin, Product costing, Fixed costs
- Working capital: Customer, Inventories, Payables
- Investments (CAPEX).
- Work with Regional Finance teams & DCCG to ensure that results accurately reflect operational activity
- Lead effort to improve business processes, more value added vs. record keeping
- Influence and improve business decisions by providing financial analysis and bringing new tools and techniques.
- Lead the reporting for all the manufacturing indicators, by assisting the Global Manufacturing Director.
- Coordinate and optimize the process for annual budget and five-year strategic plan preparation
- Identify targets for profit improvement, both short and long term for the business
- Support the Global Finance Director on specific analysis and reporting
