You are in charge of Surfactants and Additives customers portfolio. You ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and manage directly a selection of key customers.
In line with BU strategy, you are in charge of the management of a large customers portofolio, you should increase sales, margin ratio and market share of BU products.
You maintain and develop sales to key and other accounts on your territory and identify new markets and applications.

Vos principales missions
Management of a wide Customers portofolio:
- Implement the sales stategy and commercial action plan.
- Create new business opportunities, supported by business development and R&D.
- Negociation with customers.
- Accountable for achieving sales objectives in line with budget.
- Manage and motivate the network of distributors / agents to improve the service to customers
- Management of a selection of international customers, define and follup up the Key Account Plan.
- Supervise the sales process from the order till delivery of the products and the payment at due date.
- Establish market analysis and perform regular benchmarking on competition.
- Contribute to the global BU marketing plan.
Team work with customer service:
- Ensure customer service representative systematically continuously updated with price agreements, volumes commitments and customer data. - Organize team work with sales assistants.
HSE & logistics:
- Work in coordination with teh Supply chain to optimize costs in line with supply chain.
