- Background Technical in Chemical Engineering or Business&commercial (high schools or university) or equivalent experience .
- A business experience in sales or business development is needed,minimum 3 years .
- Strong project management and organizational skills in a multi-national environment
General business skills such as fundamental management systems in terms of financial analysis, leading and developing customer relations,
- Dynamic & Innovative with open and flexible mind-set
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
- Ability for team work both in the field (development countries)
- Frequent traveling
- Fluency in English compulsory
- Flexible working attitude, understand prioritization and urgency

Your responsibilities

Your role:

Sales platform
- Help to establish budget for year n+1 (customers, volumes, selling price) and define resources to reach the goal
- Follow customers demand and payment in cooperation with sales support staff
- Negotiate commercial issues and sign respective contracts
- Develop a reliable commercial relation with customer by assuring the proposed budget in line with the product strategy
- Evaluate risks imposed by competitiors and propose necessary steps to limit (monitor competition)
- Cutomer visits and respective reporting (actual visits/prospective visits)
- Coordination with sales assistants (orders) & demand mangement (deliveries)

WW Key Account Management
Additional task are
- Complete Key Account Plan (KAP) & Propose Long Term Strategy to reach sustainable & profitable growth
- Establish WW networking  Internally (Arkema) & Externally (Customer)
Key Account Plan (KAP) means : Build a roadmap based on reachable targets
-Fix the key milestone to reach them. Ensure a regular follow-up
KAP must be approved by Hiearchy (MM & Sales Director) and then shared within our organization.For such objective, methodology is KEY.

Development platform
- Coordinate developments with accounts to be responsible for , functional hierachie and R&D-organisation
- Carry out homologation of materials in co-operation with the customer (if necessary)
- Ensure application transfer within the sector being responsible for

Prospecting platform
- Detection of new business opportunities (existing & prospective cutomers)
- Propose divers applications to enlarge product portfolio due to applications or evolution of the products within the responsible area,
- Support of marketing efforts
