You hold a Master's Degree in Polymer Science as well as another degree in Marketing or a related field.
You are well-known for your strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will work with plenty of local and external contacts.
Proactive, you will be able to keep track of all your priorities and to share your ideas with your supervisor to promote continuous improvement.
As you work abroad for a multinational company, we expect you to be completely fluent in English. Another language would be a strong asset.
Your future responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing research on Industrial markets and help define PMC (product/market combinations). You will support the building of market/business plans with the marketing team to justify resources and commercial efforts. You will also interface with sales and marketing communication to launch new products and new applications in these segments.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Market Development planning and implementation for Durable Goods Markets and/or converter markets including: Building Components, Assembly & Transportation segments.
- Support new product and new application launches within specific segments.
- Support the commercial strategy and marketing communications to develop messaging for desired markets and applications
- Provide Analysis of Market trends and help define new opportunities
- Propose Market segmentation and understand market ecosystems, defining Bostik Strengths and weaknesses in specific areas of the market.
Other tasks will be given depending on the projects.
