Bradwell Media is our In-House content creation studio and product development centre (PDC). A unique environment based across 3 locations, Milton Keynes, Coventry & Bedford. A large team of Warehouse, Creative and Technical experts creating content for a wide array of General Merchandise, Jewellery and Fashion products. Supporting the Commercial teams in developing the product range for all brands across the Sainsbury's group (Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat and Tu), across all channels and platforms. Our Photography and Video content is a critical part of creating a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

The Warehouse Coordinator/Driver works in part of the team who control the receipt, movement and disposal of all sample products from the smallest piece of jewellery to the largest 4 door wardrobe for all of our key stakeholders including the Commercial Buying teams, Photography & Video teams, PR and Marketing etc., ensuring that they are managed and stored appropriately and remain in good condition.

The Coordinator is responsible for greeting delivery / collection drivers & assisting with loading / unloading of vehicles. Accurately booking inbound stock onto our warehouse management system for storage, and moving / delivering stock to the relevant location either on site or other specified UK locations.

Co-ordinating the movement and layout of products to agreed critical path dates, using a Forklift truck to remove items from storage and relocate them, and scanning the movements of products using our Warehouse Management System (PCMS) are key parts of the role, so being familiar with technology is essential.

Completing collections and delivering products to and from other sites within the UK is a key part of this role, so a full UK driving license is required, as is working towards set objectives and strong communication skills, dealing with a variety of stakeholders, such as buyers and suppliers to build trusting & collaborative relationships.

Those with experience working in a warehouse environment and using warehouse management systems will be well suited to this role, as will experience using different forms of technology to communicate and create spreadsheets through Microsoft packages.
