Poste et missions:
- Setting and monitoring project scheduling and project budgets; supervise MEP project teams to ensure a high quality of production work; reviewing and checking of drawings
- Responsible for the management of MEP engineering/design team members
- Liaise with and provide technical support or engineering advice to the other teams
Profil:
Education Requirements:
- Master degree or min 5 years of undergraduate study.
- Major: Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of design software in relation to the MEP design including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Advanced knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards including environmental building standards (LEED and similar).
- Language: fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Advanced written and spoken communication skills including advanced negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to manage clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, as well as developing Engineering business.
Year of Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
