Poste et missions:
- Coordinate with all design consultants as well as project manager to ensure consistency and compliance with client needs.
- Coordinate designers for the production of tender drawings and specifications (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, acoustic, lighting, fire protection, landscaping, interior design).
- Coordinate with the Architecture Department, Civil and Structural Engineering Department, and MEP Engineering Department on value engineering reviews
Profil:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Language: fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Intermediate attention to detail, particularly in respect to design management.
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports and meeting minutes.
- Intermediate client and design consultant management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter-personal skills.
- Intermediate working knowledge of software used in project management design including AutoCAD, Revit, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Year of Experience Required:
- 5 years experience in site based Design Management/Coordination
