IT Business Analyst - iNAV

Job description

iNAV is an innovative Data&Analytics tool developed in-house by KPMG Luxembourg to provide specialized services in the areas of portfolio valuation and investment fund benchmarking . Due to its success and rapid growth, iNAV services are now used globally within the KPMG network to provide clients with a broad range of analytical reports.

Upon joining the team you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

·  Perform business process analysis and improvement that deliver a seamless customer experience;
·  Elicit, document and validate the business requirements and business rules that meet business needs and are compliant with the industry standards and regulations;
·  Accountable for requirements and Change Requests management including traceability, required for the development and enhancement of the IT products;
·  Work closely with the Developers and Testers to ensure a shared understanding of the system requirements and their business justification;
·  Be a constant support for the Project Manager in the interactions with the internal and external stakeholders;
·  Participate and/or support the Testers during the User Acceptance Testing phase;
·  Deliver user guides and training to support the adoption and usage of the IT products by the end-users;
·  Continuously improve the business analysis capability of the team.

You have the following qualifications and skills:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance or Technology;

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis;

- Know-how of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies;

- Exposure to financial markets or consulting is desirable but not mandatory;

- Quick learner with an interest in asset management;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and make further inquiries when necessary;

- Good time management, consensus creation, and moderation skills;

- Fluent in English; French or German will be considered as an advantage.
