IT Business Analyst is a member of the Mining CIO Office with as goal to support the business users to improve their business processes (make it more efficient and effective) by using the right IT solutions at the right price.
- Analyse business requirements and support business team in selecting and using the right applications to support their day to day job
- Training of business to utilize the IT solutions in the right way
- Contribute to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the IT policies, procedures, processes to ensure compliance and maintain a productive & secure work environment
- Coordination of Mining IT activities within the Mining segment and units
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues to use the IT solutions in the right way
- Responsible for collecting and preparing reports (Monthly IT report, mobile spend report, quarterly reporting)
- Participate in the selection, design, implementation and support the maintenance of mining segment IT solutions (mainly; reporting & dashboarding solutions, sharepoint applications, SAP).
- Support annual budget process from CIO Office and the collection of the budget from the mines and preparing consolidated overview
- Any other activities and responsibilities related to IT that might come up
Profil:
IT (Information Management) degree and first IT professional experiences
