Poste et missions:
Support the HR for Corporate team
- Support managers on the performance management process – including people development,
- Ensure data quality of HR information within SAP
- Review succession plan for talents and key job positions, and annual reviews
- Advising managers and employees regarding HR matters, recommending appropriate decisions
- Supporting internal & international mobility and follow the recruitment process,
- classroom trainings and e-learning management with ArcelorMittal University
- analysis of training needs, definition of training path, training registration
Support the Leadership Development team
- Coordinate the GEDP cycle kick off for the eGEDP tool and SAP GEDP tool
- Organize Webinars and Trainings for worldwide HR network regarding the GEDP Process
- Provide Training for the Succession Planning Maintenance and Succession Planning Maintenance
- Create Communications and organize Webinars for the Succession Planning Process
- Support HR Network in the Succession Planning Process
- Produce analysis and reports (excel and SAP) to support the GEDP process (e.g.: quarterly BAR meetings, GMB / Segment Career Committees)
- Assist in GEDP meetings and trainings and explain and strengthen the process
- Prepare necessary communications and training to the HR community
- Provides support as required on various HR matters: engagement survey, AMU, HR Academy...
- Identifies opportunities for improving HR processes through OneHRIS & e-GEDP
- Provides other projects (e.g. competency management) and Ad-Hoc queries / support to HR management
Profil:
- Higher education with some kind of specialization in Human Resources is an advantage for the holder of the position.
- Good analytical, project management and communication skills.
- Excellent command of excel is required.
- Knowledge of SAP system would be a plus.
