Poste et missions:
The main missions are the following:
*Contract Management (short term and annual):
- Drafting, evaluation, negotiation of remaining contractual term and conditions with suppliers in consultation with buyers, execution: non-disclosure agreements, sales/purchasing agreements, subcontract, consulting agreements, master agreements, review of supplier proposed terms and conditions
- Serve as the point of contract for Customer/suppliers on contractual matters
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other related documents
- As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to buyers or other operational staff, including training in contracting practices and procedures
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy
- Monitor compliance with established procedures/KPIs
- Work with Finance/buyers/legal to coordinate contractual requirements to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies
- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness
- Handle on-going issues
- Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing, etc.)
- Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
*Customer Satisfaction: Active support to the Mills for the deployment of the contracts
*Claim Management: IN charge of settling the claims in collaboration with the Buyers and claim Management coordinator
*In case of Purchase Contract owned by AMS:
- Operational & Sales Contract Management: leads and coordinates operational & sales contracts management activities for a commodity/group of commodities
*Preparation of the deployment of global purchase contracts in the buy and sell mode (in collaboration with CM & Deployment Coordinator)
*Set up/amend the sales agreements with customers, the mills
Update of catalogues (products specifications, etc.) along with the negotiation of purchasing contracts
*Operational Contract Management in SAP (Purchase contracts & Sales Contracts) in close collaboration with the buyers
*Prepare and communicate the sales price list to the mills
*Close relationship with mills on a day-to-day basis to respond to specific needs
*Support to the trade-operators
*Active Support to regular audits-internal & external (SOX, tax, ISO, etc.)
*Active support to Process Optimization and Change Management
*Regular meetings with the IT in the frame of specific projects/IT changes request
Profil:
Educational Background
master degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
Language
English advanced
Skills
Good knowledge of the procurement process or experiences in at least 2 of the following areas: Purchasing, contracting, supply chain management, back-office management, quality insurance, controlling, project management, compliance, etc.
Knowledge of SAP, knowledge of contract management tool.
Communication skills
Additional requirements
Performance and results orientation and able to drive change management. As all the responsibilities are deployed in an international environment, language skills (mastery of English and another European language) and cultural sensitivity, are a “must have” in order to guarantee the required level of performance in the position.
