Missions : Directly attached to the Head of HR of ArcelorMittal Construction, you will support her in 3 missions: - HR Controller o Ensure the reporting in terms of FTE : Movement, Hiring, o Deployment of the Strategic Workforce Planning in line with Business o 2017 Budget preparation - Leadership Development o Implementation of the new Exempt‘s Induction Program o Preparation of quarterly infernal communication’s support for exempt population o Analyze profiles, competencies and development plan of our exempt population, with a specific focus on talents, key people and key positions - SIRH o Follow up the IT solution « OneHRIS » : Ensure the reliability of data and keep it consistent with the structure. o Deploy new features - Implement diverse HR projects : o Elaboration of new HR projects & and implement them within the entire perimeter

Applicant Profile:

We are looking a Bac+4/5 with HR background and a professional English. A first experience in an HR department and an interest for the number would be bonus. You are creative, organized and motivated.
