Department: Operational Marketing, Aptar Pharma

Objectives: Assist the Operational Marketing team in delivering the annual marketing and communications plan across the Prescription, Consumer Healthcare and Injectables divisions.

Mission:
You will participate, within the team, in all the external communication activities. Then you will, within the framework of the projects which will be entrusted to you, have multiple internal and external contacts and to work on a wide variety of subjects. You activities will have a worldwide scope/

Tasks:

MAIN ACTIVITIES (non-exhaustive list)

• TRADE SHOWS AND CONFERENCES: Participation in the development and execution of Aptar Pharma events such as exhibitions, conferences, symposiums, etc. in compliance with guidelines and respecting the schedules: planning, promotional activities, execution, monitoring, budget review.
• DIGITAL PROJECTS: Participation in the various Operational Marketing projects in progress or to come such as creation of a new website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects, development of new customer selling tools such as traditional and digital tools
• TRANSVERSAL PROJECT SCOPE: Coordination and supervision of various projects with internal stakeholders (Business Development Managers, commercial teams) and external stakeholders (communication agencies).
• COMMUNICATION TOOLS Design and production of sales support tools (product data sheets, banners, invitations, posters, etc.)
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Creation and updates of project management documents (timelines) for accurate follow up of deadlines
• Reporting and review of operations - Budget monitoring
• COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA RELATIONS: Assist in the development of communication tools such as press releases and promotional materials for events

Profil recherché

Profile:

- Diploma: French Baccalaureat or secondary school diploma
- Education: 4/5 years of higher education in Marketing and Communications
- Languages: Fluent English. B2 /C1 (TOEIC). Preferably bi-cultural.
- Strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of marketing techniques and new digital technologies
- Good writing skills
- Good knowledge of excel
- Knowledge of Photoshop – InDesign would be a plus
- Proactive, problem-solver
- Well-organized, rigorous, attention to detail, result-oriented
- Motivated, dynamic and curious
- Autonomous
- Good people skillsc
