Key Qualification

· Experience in web publishing or internet/intranet site development, implementation and maintenance.
· Web production technical skills (notably HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript)
· Strong understanding and experience with the Mac and iOS platforms
· Organised, flexible, autonomous, attention to detail
· Fluent in English.
· Strong team player
· Customer oriented

Description

Publish and maintain content up-to-date on Sales Training & Readiness systems (Apple Sales Web, SEED mainly…) Ensure quality assurance in all content published Communicate on assets and pages published to relevant stakeholders Support users on their requests and issues and share feedback from users. Gather, analyse reporting data Apply Apple standards to all aspects of work projects Provide active support in testing activities of new publishing systems features or new publishing systems roll-out KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Delivery on time Quality of content published Quality of relationships with stakeholders. KEY RELATIONSHIPS EMEIA Sales Training team

Job Summary

This role will play a key part in executing and supporting Sales Training & Readiness programs. This person would be responsible for editing, and publishing content on Apple Sales Training & Readiness systems at a European level. The ideal candidate must have proven solid web publishing skills and be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands high quality, attention to details, and consistency. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Reports to: Web Publisher Manager, Sales Training & Readiness EMEIA
