Profil recherché

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or one to two years of experience in a Technical Customer Service role
Fluent level of French
· Knowledge of below technologies:
o Windows (Basic)
o Networking (Basic)
o Troubleshooting
o Internet fundamentals
· Passion to work with customers
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to juggle many tasks in a fast-moving environment
· Self-starter
· Excited about technology
