We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training & Certification Team in the role of Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Program Manager – EMEA, covering the Southern European region. Key countries include, France, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and others. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and growing the EMEA education business which involves planning your regional coverage model and building a proactive business relationship with Amazon Authorized Training Partners (ATP), focusing on AWS adoption, business development and supporting their go-to-market activities. You will have excellent communication skills and proven program management experience in the IT/Channel sector. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative and a self-starter who is able to think big, execute flawlessly and stay focused on the details.

Responsibilities
· Manage the region business plan for education, including attainment of AWS adoption target
· Recruit new ATP's to meet the training needs in the region
· Create and maintain ATP relationships
· Develop relationships with ATP business and marketing managers
· Communicate with ATP's regularly
· Review and develop ATP business plans and Partner scorecards
· Deliver ATP Sales Enablement Training across your region
· Work with local Marketing team, Channel Managers, Field Account Managers and overall EMEA Education Manager
· Assist ATP with Education marketing activities
· Work with other Training & Certification employees to support your regional business
· Work with WW Education team and EMEA colleagues to understand and build the strategy
· Support Train-The-Trainer events and ATP team meetings
· Develop marketing initiatives
· Supporting other territories not in designated region including expanding your reach into EMEA
· Travel up to 30% of your time

Profil recherché

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Relevant work experience in the Information Technology or Channel sector (preferably both)
· Understanding of the Channel Management, preferably within the IT Training Industry
· Capability to logically plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
· Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
· Superior written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational and project management skills
· International experience and experience working on cross-functional teams
· A high-level technical background and familiar with cloud computing concepts
