DESCRIPCIÓN

Amazon, the world’s most customer centric company, is looking for a Training Manager to join the Alexa Data Services (ADS) team in Boston. The Alexa Data Services (ADS) team is part of the Alexa Machine Learning organization which provides speech recognition capabilities for a variety of Amazon products and searches, most visibly, the Amazon Echo product.

The ADS Training team is responsible for driving high quality training content and continuous feedback loops to meet quality standards for ADS data Associates located across the globe.

In this role, you will focus on coordinating and managing all site’s training across different workflows. You will be responsible for managing and developing site trainers, executing on global new hire learning programs, and evaluating data to continuously improve the training experience and outcomes. You will work closely with Site Operations Managers, Training Managers worldwide and Subject Matter Experts to maintain consistency.

As a Training Manager, you must be capable of:
· Maintaining strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information
· Working with Operations and Team Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs and deliver learning modules against required training timelines.
· Managing a team of site trainers and coordinating, planning, delivering and facilitating workflow training modules such as new hire, cross training, launch training for new services, and other ADS-specific training as necessary.
· Supporting and designing of training materials for use during classroom or virtual training, webinars, blended learning programs and online self-directed modules or materials.
· Identifying site-specific knowledge gaps through observations, focus groups, quality checks, and data analysis and propose specific training topics based on findings.
· Monitoring, tracking and reporting on training completion and success metrics.
· Assisting with development and validation of training materials, learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans.
· Administrating Site Training, including testing and certification, managing scheduling and reporting on work outcomes and impact
· Contributing to continuous improvement cycle of training and accuracy processes
· Serving as an instruction/training subject matter expert (SME) to advise trainers on training organization and presentation
· Maintaining and report on training metrics for the site.
