Transportation financial systems (TFS) is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Cost Allocation (PACT) space to deliver cost allocation and profitability solutions for transportation and retail businesses. The Cost Allocation function (PACT) apportions transportation cost to transportation businesses and Retail Product Lines.The allocated cost is used to drive decisions for ASIN pricing, inventory movements.
Managing requirements of Finance and OPS for cost allocation is a Principal level problem requiring a TPM with very strong technical, stakeholder and conflict management skills.
The unique nature of TFS enables you to address this Principal level problem while engaging with a myriad of stakeholders across Accounting, Business, Finance providing you visibility VP and SVP forums.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical discipline
· Proven problem solving skills with a track record of dealing with large, complex problems
· Availability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
· 2+ years of technical program management experience
· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
· Overall 10+ years of experience and minimum 4 years of Program Management Experience in projects involving cross functional and global teams.
· Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills effective with business and technical audiences
· Strong analytic, technical and stakeholder management skills
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
· This position requires quarterly travel
