The ideal candidate will bring an ability to implement a broad program vision complemented by strong technical and program management skills. You will need to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs. The right candidate will also be able to influence people, highly analytical, able to navigate effectively across a matrix organization, and be capable of thriving in a highly technical environment. Problem-solving and communication skills are paramount.

In this role, the primary responsibility will be to get Amazon Robotics’ latest technology into the hands of our Fulfillment Center customers. To do that effectively, you will take high-level, strategic intent and turn it into clear actions to enable a cross-functional team to deliver a best-in-class experience and maximize the ROI for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Dive deep into technical challenges associated with launching new products and technologies
• Define and refine processes needed to efficiently execute in a structured and repeatable manner;
• Work closely with software, hardware, and service and support teams to build and deliver on clear, timebound, and measurable milestones
• Enable the Amazon Robotics Integration Services organization by building process, designing trainings plans, and coordinating a complex sequence of events to ensure successful product deployments
• Drive a rigorous and proactive cadence of analysis and reporting, keeping stakeholders well-informed and engaged in key decisions;
• Document best practices for both internal and external stakeholders.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS in Engineering or technical field
· 3+ years’ experience working in an enterprise software product development environment
· 5+ years of program management experience
