DESCRIPTION

Amazon's Global Specialty Fulfilment (GSF) Delivery team is looking for an experienced and motivated Tech Configuration Administrator, who will be an integral part of tech configuration for all delivery tech systems to support the growth and scalability of GSF Businesses viz. Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods, Locker+ and many other upcoming, exciting new businesses. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters and will be comfortable with learning new tech systems and dive deep on intricacies and interactions between the systems. This configuration administrator will own creating tech configurations and play a crucial role in launching new delivery services for worldwide GSF businesses' delivery network. The configuration administrator will require in depth understanding of systems workflow, and will be responsible to deliver tech configurations across systems and businesses. This configuration administrator will also dive deep into data and processes, and analyze data to determine root cause of operational issues, drive process improvements and report KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Job Duties
1. Ownership of tech configuration across systems that support delivery.
2. Root cause operational issues with tech configurations implemented across businesses.
3. Analyze large amount of data to identify process improvement
4. Report on KPIs associated with tech configuration for GSF businesses/ programs.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/ or other engineering degrees
· Experience with big data: extraction, processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities (100K to Millions of rows) of data.
· Experience with data process: Data pipelines
