DESCRIPTION

The Alexa deep learning platform team is hiring! The team is building a distributed, secure, GPU-accelerated deep learning stack for speech recognition and the underlying massively parallel computing platform behind Alexa. We are in need of experienced Systems Development Engineers to ensure that our infrastructure is designed and implemented to the high standards required to maintain and enhance customer trust. You will participate in the design, build and deployment of security-focused infrastructure. Join us in this exciting new technology space!

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
· 3+ years of relevant experience
· Knowledge of AWS Cloud computing services and strategies
· Experience using Unix/Linux.
· Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
· Programming / development skills in common languages (e.g. Java, Python, Ruby, shell scripting)
· Experience in a systems engineering, systems administration or network engineering role.
