With the incredible platform growth to date and expected growth going forward, evolution into an agile delivery model is critical to the long term success of the platform. We are seeking an energetic, intelligent, motivated candidate to join the HRSS Governance team as a Sr. Program Manager-Agile Transformation. The Governance team manages the end to end governance of the HR SFDC platform to enable program teams to consistently meet customer expectations and applies a variety of tools, systems and measures to drive sustainable improvement of key performance metrics.
The Sr. Program Manager - Agile Transformation will develop the vision and execute the strategy for evolving from the current delivery model into an agile delivery model while providing coaching and recommendations for quick wins and sustainable improvements in the existing delivery processes tools. The Sr. Program Manager – Agile Transformation will operate with significant autonomy and discretion and ultimately drive the transformation to Agile across the organization. The agile delivery model will incorporate the best of amazon and external industry best practices, methods and tools. This work requires significant creativity and judgment.
As the Sr. PM-AT, you will partner closely with the Technical team on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and processes to develop harmony between Technical Delivery and Release Management. You will coordinate, communicate, and champion the transformation and coach both technical and business stakeholders to help gain the most benefit from the transformation. You will work closely with the technical delivery team to evaluate quick win opportunities, provide coaching and improvement recommendations to help drive efficiencies in the current delivery model. You will develop, measure current and future KPIs and control mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is one who can self-prioritize and manage work, has excellent written and verbal communications skills, can collaborate across business and technical teams and relies heavily on influence – not authority - to drive engineering and business teams and resources toward project goals. Frequency, size and manner of escalation demonstrate good judgment and appropriate prioritization.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree from an accredited university
· 3+ years as an Agile leader evolving technical delivery organizations to agile delivery methodology
· 5+ years Expert level Agile / SCRUM practitioner in information technology.
· 5+ years Program/Project Management experience – demonstrated ability to plan and deliver independently and with diverse teams collaboratively.
· Analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, make complex investigations, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.
