DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Design, develop and execute revenue-generating and cost-saving supply chain, logistics and/or inventory management projects and programs to streamline hardware development processes for innovative high-profile consumer electronic products. Work cross-functionally to ensure fulfillment for product launches, provide ongoing support and grow the capabilities of current systems to meet needs. Drive continuous process improvements by utilizing advanced Excel to perform data mining, statistical analysis and detailed data cost/benefit analysis. Own large- scale process improvement opportunities to ensure efficient inventory flow globally, including determining and executing exit strategies for unproductive inventory and analyzing inventory position. Improve visibility of inventory systems by designing appropriate reporting using data repositories. Analyze business metrics for optimization and work with cross functional IT teams to further automate key processes and enhance existing processes and controls. Own and drive the Bill of Material (BOM), Tooling Spend and Supplier Plan of Record throughout the product family's lifecycle to ensure Lab126 achieve all financial targets and the supply chain is risk free for material continuity through end-of-life. Coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and enhance and deploy new or existing features; and drive the creation of quality and process change initiatives, and other Lean initiatives and methodologies to meet and exceed business plans. Communicate and facilitate product line reviews, cost reviews and cost reduction strategies with partners in finance, supply chain and engineering team and facilitate agreement among stakeholders. Coordinate multiple simultaneous cross-team and cross-disciplinary efforts from project inception to delivery. Responsible for all aspects of project management including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation and planning, execution and delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent, in Business Admin/Mgmt, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related. Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, in Business Admin/Mgmt, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related.
