The Amazon Canada Consumables team is looking for a creative, highly-motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to develop, test, launch, and optimize strategic marketing decisions. We're seeking a Marketing Manager who will deliver data-driven acquisition strategies across multiple marketing channels (i.e. email, push notifications, social, SEO, on-site, etc.) and drive alignment with common stakeholders in order to acquire new customers through traffic channel optimization and drive engagement. Our team is very focused on automating merchandising, so we're looking for someone who has a strong data-oriented skill set and is interested in strategic project work.
The Marketing Manager will be a strategic leader on the marketing team, and will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused initiatives with full autonomy. This person will be expected to find opportunities in the business and innovate within the traffic and marketing teams to create solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, enthusiastic, has strong writing skills, and has a passion for customer engagement and creative problem solving.
You must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (analyzing traffic data and solving problems). A successful candidate will have a high degree of organization, while simultaneously thinking creatively. They will possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.
