We are seeking a Specialist Linguist (German) to join our data team. This role focuses on speech and language data, primarily in the areas of transcription, text annotation, and general data analysis deliverables. The Linguist must be capable of:
· Understanding nuances of language structure – phonemes, morphemes, lexemes, syntax, context and grammar
· Speech transcription from English to the required language
· Intellectual processing in the form of annotations is necessary to contextualize and interpret the titles
· Delivering high quality data output under aggressive deadlines
· Transcribing and annotating high priority deliverables
· Contributing toward device interaction deliverables
· Delivering high quality under aggressive deadlines
· Translating established guidelines into daily work practices
· Working autonomously with minimum direction
· Structuring and developing plans to pilot new solutions and implementing it across a broader Ops organization at their team level
· Providing floor support for the associates on the floor
· Understanding the conventions and workflows at a process level
· Contributing to process improvements to reduce handling time and improve output

· Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement
