You will partner with customers, AWS Sales and several other AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

This role will build standardized, automated solutions for cloud cost management and cost optimization by taking the customers technical requirements to integrate data pipelines for an analytics platform that provides cost insights. As the Commercial Strategy Solution Architect for our Global Accounts organization, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the world's largest and most complex multinational organizations as they transform their procurement and commercial processes to optimized for cloud.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Deep, hands-on AWS experience including Redshift, EMR and S3.
· Expert knowledge in modern distributed architectures and compute / data analytics / storage technologies on AWS.
· Hands-on experience in architecting and building data warehouse systems and BI systems including ETL.
· Advanced knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.
· Understanding of architectural principles and design patterns using parallel large-scale distributed frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.
· Experience in performance troubleshooting, SQL optimization, and benchmarking.
