DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) Agent team is looking for Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to help drive the development of new features, functionality, and capabilities. The Amazon Elastic Container Service team is building a core set of services that allow our customers to run, manage, and deploy Docker containers at scale. Our goal is to make it easy for customers to build and scale highly-available clusters, services, and batch jobs.
This team is unique in which our code base is all open source in Golang and we work directly with our external customers. Check out our work here: https://github.com/aws/amazon-ecs-agent.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
· Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
· 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
