In the Selling Partner Core Experience group our mission is to enable teams across Amazon teams to deliver delightful experiences for selling partners. We do this by upholding a high CX bar, building core workflows and features, and providing the development framework and tools needed to create intuitive, highly available, responsive and beautiful business application experiences.

As a Manager III, you will lead and grow a team of 7+ SDEs. This team owns the selling partner's experience as they travel through our websites to accomplish their business with Amazon, and their ability to successfully navigate the site as we continue to evolve our infrastructure and business model. To support this, we own the navigation services and header/footer for Seller Central and Vendor Central. We also own a backend portal that enables Amazonians to manage the vendor business. Your responsibilities will include the following:
· Work with product and user experience stakeholders to identify ways we can increase Selling Partner productivity and effectiveness by improving these components.
· Consistent focus on operational excellence of systems.
· Hire, coach and mentor SDEs.
· Develop long-term technical and business strategies.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
·
· 5+ years of industry experience.
·
· Experience in web front end technologies
·
· Experience in OOP, Java, UNIX, Perl, C++, C#, XML, Web services, and UNIX tools.
·
· A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on software development, and a similar amount in software development management.
