Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Manager for our Robotic Movement Control and Coordination team. As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a team designing and building services and features that enable the Amazon Fulfillment robotic solution. Delivering reliable and high-performance services and features at Amazon scale requires technical leaders with extraordinary expertise and boundless creativity. At Amazon, managers will interact with customers, understand our business goals, collaborate with other leaders, and innovate rapidly, delivering high-quality and high-value functionality.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
· 7+ years of experience as a software developer
· 2+ years' experience managing people
· Software development experience in OOP, Java or C++
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
