DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a leader to build a machine learning platform for Amazon's outbound messaging. Our systems drive hundreds of millions of dollars in sales on Amazon.* (all markets), and we strive to deliver highly relevant, personalized marketing communications to Amazon customers through different channels like email, SMS, push, etc. This year, we are building a new system from the ground up to improve customer engagement.

In this role you will:
- Build solutions that reach millions of Amazon customers all over the world, providing them world class shopping experience
- Have the opportunity to work across all tiers using Service-Oriented Architecture, Machine Learning, and Data Mining
- Work closely with the business to define the expansion strategy and figure out innovative solutions to help this thriving business continue to its exponential growth

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 3+ years people management experience
• Deep hands-on technical expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
