We are a platform team which owns the largest content management system at Amazon, used to serve custom content out to millions of customers in real-time. We are looking for a skillful backend software development engineer to help us work on massively scalable, distributed systems integrating with nearly all parts of the business. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys diving deep on complex technical problems, driving incremental system optimizations and keeping the bar high for operational excellence.

On this team you will have the unique ability to: shape the technical direction and implementation that will be utilized by many other teams, work on truly large-scale problems, and have the ability to truly innovate on behalf of our customers. Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years Experience with object-oriented programming.
· 2+ years Experience delivering high quality, low maintenance software.
